As part of our mission to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma among young people, we focus on establishing Mental Health Clubs in secondary schools. These student-led clubs serve as safe spaces where learners gain accurate knowledge about mental health, emotional well-being, and positive
coping strategies. Beyond awareness, these clubs are designed to cultivate leadership and mentorship skills. Students are trained to become Mental Health Champions—peer advocates who can offer support, share resources, and help create an inclusive school environment where mental health is openly discussed and respected.
Club activities are interactive and engaging. Members participate in initiatives such as:
- Drama skits and creative performances that highlight mental health themes and break stigma.
- Organizing school-wide Mental Health Awareness Days, including wellness walks, guest
speaker sessions, and open dialogues. - Peer mentorship programs that foster a sense of belonging and emotional support among
students.

These clubs not only promote mental wellness but also foster youth leadership, empathy, and social
responsibility. By empowering students to take the lead, we are building a generation that is informed,
compassionate, and actively engaged in transforming attitudes toward mental health in their schools
and communities.
